Before you book a trip with Traveloraa, kindly go through the terms and conditions that apply to your booking.

   ●  The advance payment is non-refundable and non-transferable.

   ●  Full payment for the trip/trek must be made before the departure date. Pending

        payment may eventually lead to the cancellation of the trip.

   ●  Valid government ID may be verified before boarding for the trip.

​​

   ●  The transfer of the booking is not permitted. Only the names given at the time

       of booking will be allowed to travel.

   ●  No refunds or coupons will be made towards any inclusions not availed by the

       client/traveler.

​​

   ●  Travellers must take care of their valuables and belongings at all times during

       the trip. Management will not be responsible in case of loss or theft.

   ●  The time of departure is fixed for our trips and it will be coordinated with the travellers well in advance. Please report to the         departure location 30 minutes before the given time. In case of delays, please update your status with your Trip                                Leader/Coordinator at your earliest. Failure to do so may result in cancellation of the trip.

   ●  Smoking and Drinking are strictly prohibited in any vehicle such as a bus, tempo traveler, car, etc during the trip due to                   health and safety concerns of fellow travelers.

   ●  No act of misbehaving or creating a nuisance will be tolerated towards our team members, fellow travelers and vendors. We          are a cordial and responsible travel community, and we are committed to bringing you a memorable experience.

   ●  We as a company organize adventure trips and treks to the mountains which may have some risks involved such as                          accidents, bodily injuries, loss of life, financial loss, etc. Neither the company nor its agents or affiliated entities shall be                  responsible or liable for any accident, bodily injury, illness or death, loss or damage to baggage or property, or for any                  damages or claims whatsoever arising from loss (including loss of possessions and loss of enjoyment), negligence or delay            from the act, error, omission default or negligence of any person not its direct employee or under its exclusive control.

   ●  We neither provide any insurance policies for any medical emergencies such as sickness, injuries, loss of life, etc nor towards         any theft or loss of any personal valuables and belongings.

   ●  Various factors like weather and road conditions, accidents, and or physical ability of the participants may bring changes in           the itinerary.The company Reserves the right to make necessary changes in the itinerary along the trip keeping in mind the           safety, comfort, and general well-being of travelers.
